This Return and Refund Policy explains your rights and our process for handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may return or exchange your product within 7 days of delivery, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, labels, and intact seals).
- The product has not been installed or altered.
- The product is undamaged and free from scratches.
- You are able to provide the original purchase invoice or receipt.
If you received a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (model/code/color mismatch), please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been installed or used.
- Products with missing accessories or removed seals/labels.
- Items purchased under promotion, clearance sale, or special bundles.
- Products that come with free gifts or special offers.
3. Return Process (Singapore Only)

Include your order number, product details, and reason for return. - Evaluation & Return Approval
Our team will assess your request and advise whether your product qualifies for a return or exchange.
You may be asked to send us clear photos or videos of the issue. - Return Shipment / Drop-Off
Approved returns must be sent back to our Doorlock.sg service center or authorized collection point.- Returns due to wrong/damaged items: We cover the return shipping cost.
- Returns due to change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping.
4. Refund Method
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via your original payment method.
- Partial refunds may apply if the product is not returned in its original condition.
- Installation or service fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
